The registration and course completion process shall be as follows:
1. Registrant will complete a School Bus Driver Attendance Sheet, which is a requirement for admission to the Initial Course and the Refresher Course.
2. Upon successful completion of the Initial or Refresher course, the instructor will sign the School Bus Driver Attendance Sheet for each driver. This signed form will be the official validation and verification that the participant attended, participated in, and completed the course. The instructor's signature may be presented to the participant's respective employer or supervisor as proof of course completion.
3. Anyone not registered and/or failing to bring a signed School Bus Driver Attendance Sheet will be denied admittance.
If rescheduling is required, the participant must contact the Regional Office of Education at 618-283-5011 and request to be rescheduled into another session.
