Educators from Vandalia, Mulberry Grove, Ramsey, Greenville, and Teutopolis convened for a five-day seminar during which lesson models were developed using current computer technologies. Drawing on skills learned in previous technology workshops, participants applied those skills to enhance their classroom curricula. During the week, various computer programs were used to construct valuable learning modules that are designed to produce engaged learning in the classroom. The educators worked on a variety of curricular designs including WebQuests, Destop Publishing Tutorials, Word Processing Skills, CD-ROM Evaluation and Implementation, Spreadsheet Skills, Electronic Presentation Development, and Internet-related educational units. The materials and lesson plans generated from this week's activities are being placed in an on-line archive for electronic distribution to interested individuals or schools.
